My 3 night stay at this on trend hotel was a great holiday. Located within a 5 minute walk of the Blaak metro/train/tram interchange, it is super handy for getting around. The famous market hall is also within a 5 minute walk and provides a range of sit-in and takeaway food outlets, open from 10am. There is also a large supermarket on the lower ground floor. There are always lots of friendly staff around the Reception area should you need them. Breakfast is buffet with both hot and cold options. Light bite evening meals are also served. I had been given a complimentary room upgrade and and although my room was front facing, I was at no time disturbed. I thought the whole room ambience was fab and everything worked to ensure a comfortable stay. I found the small fridge a real bonus too.

excellent location. Hotel was exceptional in decor and design. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff - especially Jaleesa - were friendly and helpful.

pre registration text made you think that you had registered and checked in only to find out that you had to go through that process again once at the hotel (on the self serve). felt pointless.
