The staff were exemplary, over all areas, I was attending a conference with a number of elderly members attending and staff from all areas could not have been more helpful or pleasant.

No complaints at all.

Quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very limited tea, coffee and milk facilities. Bed was indented from wear and mattress topper to try and fix it. Old pillows, needing replacement.

"great stay, perfect for concerts"

Great room. Staff were plesant and helpful. Rooms a little dated, bed was comfy, and everything was clean. bathrooms well supplied. The warm cookie (and bottled water) on arrival was delicious. Great stay for concerts/events at the new stadium, easy walk to the city - or a fun lime scooter accross hagley.
