Que teníamos que salir temprano y el desayuno abría a las 7 hs y no contemplaban esos casos.

Tamaño de la habitación (minúsculo)... limpieza deficiente... no parece un 4 estrellas...

The hotel's location was good, and the breakfast was nice, even though it was served in a windowless room

The room was dirty; the trash can hadn't been emptied after the previous guests, and the bedside tables were sticky and stained. There were holes in the wall where a shelf had probably been ripped out, and it was impossible to open the window. The staff couldn't resolve anything, not even getting the room cleaned. Their response was: 'We are very busy at the reception, I can't do anything.'Furthermore, the parking does not belong to the hotel, and there is no elevator from the garage to the hotel, making it very difficult to handle luggage. This is not what I expect from the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Norway within the Radisson chain. It is a disgrace

Przyjemny, cichy pokój z widokiem na stare miasto. W samym centrum Bryggen. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

The hotel felt luxurious and had excellent facilities and amenities throughout. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and my partner especially enjoyed the stay. Overall, it was a high-quality hotel experience and I would happily stay here again.

Some of my requests were not accommodated, as we were given two single beds instead of the bed arrangement we had requested. The room also lacked a view, and while the breakfast was excellent, I was hoping for a greater selection of traditional Norwegian breakfast items rather than a mostly English-style breakfast.
