Reception was excellent. Music 0highlight Alexander wa very helpful and pleasant. Good organiser with excellent manerism. Passed try excellent as well as the restaurants.8

Lack of handles in showers. Not friendly for elderly people.. Coffee quality to be improved

В отеле все красиво продуманно, номера современные, просторные, чистые. Очень яркий и сочный на внешний вид отель. На ресепшене все вежливые и классные, всегда помогут вам. Еда вкусная, выбор есть, все по меню, шведского стола нет, брали all, и поняли что если не брать то можно переплатить гораздо больше денег. Удивило что нет зубного набора.

Из минусов это обслуживание. Заказал коктейль на пляже, прошел час, а его просто не принесли. Либо в ресторане где обычно кушаешь, тоже самое, то забывают за тебя то не спешат обслужить, при том что загруженность минимальная. Если бы в отеле (в ресторане) подняли сервис, то стало бы круто. А так вначале выведут, а потом извиняются и спрашивают все ли хорошо? Ну и на Маврикий тараканов валом. В первый день увидев пропало желание есть на весь день. И убирали номер под вечер, хотя просили утром.

"Una estancia fantástica"

La ubicación, estaba a pocos minutos andando de todos los sitios de Gran Baie, lo práctico que es el apartamento, todo muy limpio, con lavadora, cocina, suficiente espacio y además la amabilidad, atención y hospitalidad de Anna han hecho de nuestra estancia una maravilla !

Una lamparita pequeña al lado de la cama para no tener que encender la luz grande
