This is such an amazing hotel complex, with incredibly thoughtful and attentive service and all facilities and the room is amazing, especially design and interior. It truly exceeded our expectations, from the surprising little gestures every day, amazing breakfast/restaurants, perfect beach, ocean and weather, we loved E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G, all was perfect. 100% recommended!

The only thing to fix is the ability to share content from a phone to the TV in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The staff service was lovely. I really loved the breakfast where it was semi buffet, the food was delicious.

There was an instance where we were at the pool and got asked to settle our bill around 4 times where we were still getting drinks and others were not being asked. Then when they bought the bill over they charged us incorrectly.

Sea was great, kids activities were great. People are helpful

Établissement magique. Les suites sont spacieuses, extrêmement confortables et parfaitement pensées, avec une superbe terrasse. Les restaurants sont délicieux et offrent une très belle expérience culinaire. Le spa, les trois piscines ainsi que les nombreuses activités nautiques mises à disposition rendent le séjour absolument parfait. La plage privée est également très agréable, idéale pour se détendre dans un cadre exceptionnel.

En revanche, le personnel, bien que nombreux, manque souvent d’efficacité, ce qui peut nuire à l’expérience. Le fait d’avoir de multiples interlocuteurs différents au petit déjeuner comme au restaurant peut devenir déroutant, voire désagréable au fil du séjour : la chambre est demandée à plusieurs reprises, les échanges se chevauchent et cela donne parfois une impression de désorganisation.

L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien décoré et propre. Le personnel est accueillant et poli, pour la majorité. Le personnel de chambre est super. Le petit déjeuner 10/10. La chambre est vraiment parfaite.

Certains membres du personnel a l’accueil manquent de sourire et de sympathie. Le service au rooftop est long et laisser à désirer.

Everything was perfect. New facility that has every small detail thought through , has something for everyone, calm beach with great snorkeling, complementary activities, amazing staff. Really impressed
