The hotel is great!

My heater/AC was very noisy The staff was giving me a hard checking in to (I arrived late but called telling that I had issues) the hotel. But it was solved.

"Good place just off the highway"

Looks like a newer HIE&S that is well-maintained. Staff was busy, calm, and kind at the check in desk as they took care of the line of people. Breakfast was great and the area kept clean.

Front parking lot was *completely* full due to several construction [company] pickup trucks with long trailers parked perpendicular across 3 or more parking spots. Not sure where else they would have parked but that was not appreciated. I parked in one of the only spots left behind the building and had to "door surf" behind a customer with a room key to get in vs. walking all the way around the building to check in.

The room was spacious and clean. Well appointed.

The folks in the room above us were very loud and it sounded like furniture moving or jumping until 2:00 am. I didn't call the desk as my husband was sleeping through it and I didn't think both of us needed to be awake.
