Location was great, very convenient to get to and from Daylesford and Hepburn. The communication from the hosts was clear and it was easy for us to get into the property. Overall it was a very comfortable stay with excellent clean facilities and a fantastic spa bath (the pictures don’t do it justice at all - it was really spacious and had plenty of room for 2!)

"relaxing and cosy"

We had trouble with getting the code for the lockbox and called customer support who were extremely helpful and were able to get our issue resolved in under 5 minutes. The accommodation was located close to town and far enough out to feel like a private getaway. My partner and I enjoyed the facilities offered and the overall cleanliness of the accommodation.

The bed in the master bedroom was not overly secure and would move and creak the mattress was quiet uncomfortable and my partner and I struggled to get a good nights sleep.

"Cosy couples retreat!"

Lovely, cosy home. Spa & fireplace made our stay. Heated blanket a lovely touch!

Wasn’t sure if wine was complimentary, though a lovely touch either way! Electricity in lounge - lights flickered when aircon/heater’s fan kicked into gear.

Great accommodation. Very clean and the shower had great pressure. Easy walking distance to Hepburn Springs. Loved seeing the kangaroos in the paddock next door.

I’m extremely disappointed. The pictures on your site clearly show a spa however when I checked in there wasn’t one. When I contacted the owner, she blamed wotif saying they put pics of both of their properties together and it’s in the fine print. She then basically said we understand you’re not happy but we hope you enjoy your stay. I replied no I’m not happy as the spa was the only reason I booked the room. I explained my Mother recently passed away and I was there on my own so now without a spa there’s absolutely nothing to do at night. She totally ignored my email. Had I known there was no spa there’s no way I would have stayed there. I ended up leaving a day earlier. NOT HAPPY & DON’T RECOMMEND
