"Never staying again, would not recommend"

The price of the rooms for 1 night stay(over 300 pound) i was expecting something decent. The checkin was slow and the least helpful, zero customer skills or attention to detail. The room was like stepping back in time, will awful decor, hadnt been cleaned, artex ceilings, bathroom full of mould and lino screwed to the walls. No electric sockets near beds but on the other side of the room, room was dated and awful little to no amenities. It was disgusting for the price.

"Very basic but with a high price"

Drinking water is not available in the rooms, we were itching for days after sleeping on the beds, sometimes it doesnt look like the room has been fully cleaned, bar opening times are limited and the drink prices are the most expensive i have ever paid.

The stay far exceded what we expected for the money. The lobby looked great and was very welcoming felt like a hotel of a hogher standard. The room was very clean and quiet. We are 8 mins from our airport terminal. Staff very welcoming. Would reccomend for a night stay for sure.

Booked a family room on the morning of the stay. It was an emergency booking on the day of oasis as the accommodation we booked cancelled our stay. We paid £100 and were allowed early check in for free. Free parking. The hotel looks a little tired on the outside but inside it’s fresh and modern. The bar has a good selection and cheaper than pub prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and beds were comfy. Perfect place without a massive price tag

"Just a place to rest your head"

Just a fine kind of hotel. Nothing special but a place to put your head down for a couple of nights. Strangely you get a great view if you end up on one of the higher floors.
