A few things could help: extra blankets available to use, A book or two in the lobby. Post pandemic, that's possible. Other than that, lovely hotel. Nothing to criticize.

Good location if you have a car, easy parking, clean and comfortable area, staff are so lovely - from front desk to the cleaners and beyond. We found the area quite noisy and disruptive. I would still stay here again and do recommend it - even if just for the amazing staff.

The staff make such a great impression. The rooms are comfortable, clean and a nice size. A couple restaurant options within reach. Relatively short trip to UVic and Downtown.

Carpet is dated. Everything else is great.
