"Shouldn't be Called a "Hotel""

It's like staying in old crappy barracks. If you have to stay somewhere and this is your only option, then you'll live. The lights are rusty, the room smells like someone dumped a cologne bottle in it to cover any smell, signs of mold, things are falling apart, etc. I didn't see any signs of bed bugs and the staff was nice.

"Smelt like mold"

The rooms smelt like mold and the bathroom was in horrendous condition. The hallways leading to the room was dirty and stained. The only positive was the front desk was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was adequate.

I was assigned to a room with a bed with dirty sheets containing several human hair, (pics attached). I informed the front desk assistant and I was moved to another room with the same problem and more. As I know how hard and slow is the reimbursement process, I decided to go to the closest store (not really close) to buy a pair of beds sheets, and I set them up by myself in order to sleep in a clean bed. I don't want to say any more but I left the pictures in Google drive so you can clearly see the situation. I have been in cheaper hotels way more decent and clean than this one. "It may it be a poor house, but not because of that it has to be dirty". Very disappointed.

"My stay"

The refrigerator wasnt working i mentioned it and no one showed up. The breakfast menu only consists of waffles and coffee. The staff was very inviting.

"Will not stay here again."

There was a waffle maker and some coffee for breakfast. The staff isn’t the friendliest or the most helpful. The room is questionable. The tv volume doesn’t move. The lights flash in the bathroom. The room has a wired smell. Thankfully we only stayed one night.
