Super 8 by Wyndham, Orangeburg

This hotel is very run down. The walls in the rooms had patches and no paint. The rooms had dead bugs above the mirror and on the floor. The toilet had urine one the lid and seat.

With this property you get what you pay for. At $60 per night this is all it’s worth.

disgusting rooms, unusable internet, and staff that will party with guests and be loud and disrespectful your entire stay.

I gave this hotel 3 stars. It definitely looks better in pictures online. Pros: room was pretty clean, visually pleasing, the ac worked great. Cons: the bed was terrible. It was very firm and didn’t have enough pillows, there was hardly any water pressure in the shower, the room itself was clean but there was a nest of tiny spiders in the window when I closed the curtains, there was some kind of noisy bug in the ac unit that would make noise every few minutes and it was extremely loud, the breakfast was decent but gone/empty by like 7am. The outside seemed very sketchy and the weed smell was overwhelming. I just need to steer clear of Super 8’s because I’ve never had a good experience. I wouldn’t consider staying at one again. Unfortunately it was a family emergency that brought me to the area and I reserved ahead of time. I should have read more of the reviews.

Pictures are deceiving. Property was run down, rooms say non smoking but they didn't smell that way.

We have traveled to Hilton head and made this our stop for 10 years. It’s really gotten dirty and rundown.
