Breakfast could be better

La camas eran cómodas, aunque justas para ser una cama doble. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.

Creo que el problema es la relación calidad-precio, demasiado caro para lo que ofrece, es un motel de carretera bastante básico. La puerta de entrada a la habitación que da al exterior, no abria y cerraba bien. Las camas muy justas, la ducha era vieja, con la cortina rota. La limpieza en general, justita. Y el desayuno, bien, pero muy básico.

The bed was okay.

They charged us after we paid via booking and after they “processed”a refund, they decided to charge us again. So we have now paid three times for ONE stay, and they seem unwilling to fix it. We contacted the bank to dispute the charges and called corporate who is trying to claim booking is at fault. This is a disgraceful way to conduct business and I will absolutely never be staying at a Quality In. Again.

Location wasn’t bad.

The room door wouldn’t close all the way. Room 159. Seemed as if the bottom left side of the door had been kicked multiple times due to how pried open it was. Found 2 spiders. The AC was terrible. The room stayed hot the entire time despite the setting of the AC. The plumbing of the toilet caused to get a plunger. The shower had no water pressure. There was leftover hair on the tables and the toilet. Charging almost $300/night for this was insane.
