- Laute Klimaanlage - undichte Klimaanlage, Wasser lief ins Zimmer - unsaubere Böden, verklebter Schreibtisch, Bad unrein, teilweise benutzt aussehende Handtücher - Dünne Wände, man konnte Gespräche und Fernseher der Nachbarn stark hören - unbequemes Bett - an der Rezeption hat man sich über mein Feedback mündlich bedankt, mitgeschrieben wurde nichts

It was fine. No concerns, very average experience.

Highly recommend, about to book again there now.

1/5 stars - our room door wouldn't shut properly - all dryers are broken in the hotel - only one ice machine wofmd, others are broken or dirty - staff allows people to do whatever with no consequence - people smoking near other people rooms - limited breakfast and not good

Exceeded our expectations and would happily stay again. We checked in for 2 nights and found the staff and accommodation to much better than we had expected. Room was clean and functional, beds comfortable, pool in good working order and all staff were friendly and appeared happy. Breakfast was basic but again much better than other like properties, waffles, toast, scones, eggs, cereal, tea, coffee and juice etc. Glad we had a last minute change of heart on an adjacent property we had been booked in and changed to this one. Only negative (which applies to most North America hotels) is it is time do away with the single use plastics, the days of wrapping plastic in plastic needs to end.

It was near the stores. We were not far from any where went.

The cleaning lady was always outside our door. We could hear her cart at 8am every day we were there. They never gave us more than one washcloth. Having to smell drugs all night coming into the room.

For business trip stay is okay, because it offers the basic need. Simple breakfast, good internet service, and comfortable bed. Wouldn’t recommend for the family stay.

We had to ask for a new key numerous times in order for us to have access to the room

The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was what I would expect at a value hotel- no complaints.

We traveled on a day during a heat advisory. The door on our room was missing the weather stripping, so the room stayed hot due to lack of insulation. There was a family large gap between the door and jam. The room reeked of Marijuana, and I'm not sure if it was left over from a previous guest, or coming into the room from a current guest. This is by no means the hotel's fault, just an observation that affected my stay.
