"Cleanliness was very unsatisfactory."

the location and manners of staff.

Cleanliness- there were stains and crumbs on bed/towels, there were multiple bugs that had to be killed throughout the stay, tub was not clean upon arrival. When asked to clean the room and returning hours later, room was not cleaned and we were told we would be supplied new sheets but had to change everything out ourselves.

The staff was awesome loved the room I guess location of the was noisy being by the stairs elevator, ice machine, and washing machine.

THE FRONT EMPLOYEE WAS SO NICE AND VERY RESPECTFUL. SHE ALSO WAS VERY FUNNY AND BEAUTIFUL I DONT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT YEA.
