Great apartment right next to the Olympic Center and 200 m from the lake. Fresh, well equipped and very comfortable. 2nd floor with elevator.

What I liked about it was an one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen that was less expensive than a hotel room. Fully up dated.

The only complaint I have was the cover (comforter) a a faint smell of body odor. The sheets and pillows were fine. Just the comforter.

"The one place where I find myself returning to in lovely Lake Placid."

The place is wonderful! A beautiful, spacious, fully equipped apartment. A few steps from the beach, at one end of the downtown, perfect to walk everywhere and enjoy the town. Oh, and the parking is right outside the building, always with plenty of space. I've stayed here a few times before and, this time, we got an unexpected, amazing upgrade! Looking forward to my next visit (:

Nothing really. The place is fantastic and well taken care of. As I mentioned earlier, I plan to return as soon as I can. Excellent stay in Lake Placid, NY!

great hotel usually

They moved our rooms without our permission to another place they own across town. We specifically book that location because it was so close to where we wanted to be. The other place was as nice, but inconvenient. We did not do some of our activities due to being moved and having to drive. The location we booked was within walking distance to where we wanted to go. They gave us no advance warning of this, and sprung this on us when we went to check in.
