מקום מושלם! דירה יפה ומרווחת, הכל חדש ונקי נקי, עם פינת אוכל, מטבח מאובזר בכלי בישול וכלי אוכל, מיטה נוחה מאד. מיקום נהדר ברחוב הראשי וליד האגם. הצטערנו ממש על כך שבאנו רק ללילה אחד.

רק זרם המים במקלחת היה קצת חלש. כל השאר- מעולה!!

The details and photos are of the main lodge. The actual rooms were several yards down the street in a very non descriptive dreary building. Checking in was confusing and there was limited signage and instructions regarding the two separate locations. Beautiful mountain city but very sad accommodations. DO NOT RECOMMEND

"Lousy check-in process with shouting front desk clerk. A new experience for us all."

The check in process. You book the property and drive to the address of the property. We grab our luggage, coolers and other items and head to the entrance of our hotel. STOP!!! While this is the address where your booked room is, it is not where you check in. Damn! So, we reload the car and drive to the check in location. Where we are greeted by a very loud and obnoxious lady. This person knew one volume and one volume only. She speakers at a volume requiring ear plugs. Who was the managerial genius who placed this train wreck at the hotel’s front desk? We started talking loud hoping she would get the message and she accused us of shouting. Amazing. Then we learned our room was not ready. If was not a good first impression of this property.
