"Bad Experience"

The bathroom bathtub did not drain the shower water, we had to lift and hold the plug, gross. The breakfast was horrible, machine coffee, wrapped microwave egg sandwiches. Lots of noise in the parking lot from workers. We were charged a higher amount than promised. Don't stay here you will be sorry.

"Quality Inn Had Option To Refund, Chose Not To."

I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a 1 night stay in February 2025 which was non-refundable. They all now charge a refundable fee as a way to scam more money from you. Quality Inn had the option of refunding my money but of course they chose not too. I had to cancel my trip due to catching a chest cold and cough and didn't want to possibly give it to my 84 year old mother. Sad thing is, if they would have refunded my money, I would have booked another room with them when I was able to travel.
