"DO NOT STAY!!!!!’"

Short staff in a two inch snow. This is their business and they cannot handle it. I fell on the icy sidewalk and our room lock broke and they said sorry nobody is here to help you!!!!

"I would stay again just for the friendly staff, cleanliness, and comfort."

Staff was amazing, however. Very courteous and professional. The common area/ lounge in the entrance was elegant, updated, and comfortable. Beautiful views and close to many shops, malls, and restaurants.

No complimentary breakfast, overpriced menu, only decaf coffee was available as complimentary- when it was brewed and not empty. We ended up having an amazing breakfast at the Viewmont in Scranton anyways. The faucet in our room in the kitchenette area was extremely loose to where it came up out of the counter.

"It was terrible!"

Nothing.

The hotel room was not good. The balcony door barely opens and the screen on the screen door was ripped open. The bed was very hard. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The couch in the room was like sitting on plywood. . We went to the bar and the bar tender said they did not have anything listed in the menu. We ordered a jack and coke but they did not have coke at all and had one Diet Coke that was flat. They used Shasta brand coke in the non diet drink and that was flat too. The bar tender said the Marriott does not carry coke products and only carries pepsi products. For the price of the room and it being a Marriott you would think the room and amenities would be good. I would highly recommend not using this hotel because it is a waste of money.

"I always stay at Marriott properties what a disappointment"

Location and staff

Mattress was really hard. stopped up showers, water up to my ankles, and a two inch bug in the room. I’m not sure what it was but it might have been a cockroach. I wasn’t going to investigate closer. I wasn’t also in a room directly above the giant multiple heat pumps and it sounded like a train station all night.

The place was clean and parking was decent.

Hot water issues. No room service. Everything has to be collected at the front desk personally.
