"BEST waitress in years"

One of the highlights of the trip was the AWESOME service from our waitress SONYA, who was delightful and responsive and personable and just a nice friendly face in the morning for breakfast. She and her team were great at the service aspect, and her willingness to do the little extras to make the brunch great were appreciated. She should be hired as the staff trainer for her fantastic attitude and approach to customers. A big shout out to SONYA!

"Poor Hospitality and Customer Service"

HOSPITALITY, not as it should be. Rude Customer service at front desk and dining area. Upon arrival and during our stay the staff seemed interested in their phones and ignoring the guests. The rooms could definitely use a thorough cleaning from bottom to top. Not my expectation for Marriott, it seems as though cleanliness has gone out the window. Can be very dangerous when visiting. Would not recommend.
