Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Rancho Bernardo

Ontbijt was niet goed geregeld. Ik heb wel betaald voor ontbijt maar ik stond niet op de lijst.

Uitleg hoe ik van het ontbijt gebruik kon maken.

Staff were great. Facility is beautiful. You feel welcomed.

Bathroom needs an upgrade. Mainly the shower, toilet, and sink. Remote for TV did not work well. Overall, room was great.

I booked through a third party. I had to cancel and thought it was within 24 hours in advance snd reschedule. The hotel declined my request. They made me pay when they could have chose to allow me to reschedule. The manager was terrible. I contested and she threatened to call the police on me and told me I was not allowed on the property. I felt attacked and treated in an abusive way. I am unsure why she could not help me. She did everything over email and would not call me. Basically I rescheduled my trip snd booked at another hotel with the rest of my family. Honestly I will definitely think twice before I attempt to stay at a marriot again. I paid $180.00 and did not stay. In addition I was supposed to be charged on the day of check in. I had my credit card turned off two days prior due to a fraud issue. The manager attempted to charge me two days prior and accused me of giving a bad card. I was prepared to pay the day of arrival which was in my booking agreement. I did turn on my card after the accusation and called the third party to give them ok to charge. The extreme lack of unprofessionalism is astounding and sad. I would truly like a refund. My cancelation attempt was 48 hours prior.

Sadly I was not given the opportunity to like anything.

Was amazing

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely uncomfortable. The beds were so uncomfortable that my neck and back are still hurting days later. It felt like sleeping on a slab with zero support, and it completely ruined any chance of rest. On top of that, the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors’ entire conversation word for word, followed by loud cackling and laughing at 4:00 in the morning. Sleep was basically impossible. The bathroom lighting was another issue — there were no light coverings on the fixtures, which was odd and not to Marriott standards we’ve stayed at in the past. The only positive thing I can say is that the grounds were well kept and clean, which is appreciated. Unfortunately, cleanliness doesn’t make up for lack of sleep, pain, and zero soundproofing. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone who values rest or comfort.
