Staff and environment were great

Pool looked dirty and people left dogs in room that just barked for hours which made the day irritating if you have pets that can't be alone and stay calm they shouldn't be left unattended

No me gustó, el hotel estaba sucio, la alfombra, el elevador mojado por los niños que fueron a la alberca, en 3 dias no los limpiaron

Me quede 4 noches, solamente limpiaron la habitación 1 día, a pesar de las súplicas que les hacíamos al personal de limpieza. No cambiaron toallas, no sábanas. Las toallas las.colgabamos para que se secaran.

The ac thing has food all in it that they didn't clean lap light was was n flicking n floors were crummy n dirty made our feet black hallways were dirty the pool wasn't cleaned out had stuff floating all over in it so we didn't get to swim once some of the staff were rude n disrespectful n wasn't nobody in the building to assist us whenever it was night time n evening timing n room was smaller than expected

The pool was dirty couldn't swim hallways had stuff all over them our room floors were crummy n made our feet dirty service was bad n rude with some staff

I requested to fix the Air Conditioning never did Unfriendly Front desk people … Washer machine needs to be fix…. Poor breakfast service

Stayed here last year was great. Booked the Presidential suite. Room was clean . But had no outlets that held any power cords in the front room , bedroom had 1 floor outlet, none on side tables or anywhere else to plug in for alarms and such, restroom had a fan but no switch, toilet seat was stained with urine. Fridge switch was broken and do not work. Front staff was rude no hospitality at all will not stay next year sad because we come up every year the day after we do and have about 10-15 families that stay up here for the UNC basketball camp we directed them elseware. I have video of these issues as well .
