The morning staff was very helpful and polite.

Not getting our deposit back when we checked out.

We had a water leak in our home. It was the middle of the night when I had to check in the staff was great and understanding ☺️

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were super quiet and very clean.

Changed rooms 3 times to get bedding that was clean

The beds were comfortable and it was in a good area of town from what we were told from the locals.

The room they put us in was on a floor where renovations were being made and the rooms were super dusty and the floors were kinda nasty. We could not walk around without shoes cause are feet were turning black. I let the front desk know about this and just asked if they would go in and mop and when we got back later that night the only thing they did was make the beds and throw the trash. They did not mop or attempt to clean the floors as we could see so we were left with the same floor as before which was disappointing.

This place was a dump. Stay away.

There wasn't any hot water, ever. We had 7 rooms in our group. All for 3 nights. Never did we get hit water. The front desk said you had to wait your turn for hot water as there is only 1 water heater and if 3 people showered at the same time, the hot water would disappear. 1 of our rooms had the sewer back up in the bathroom sink. We notified the front desk and was told that we would have we to wait until the next morning for the maintenance man would be in to work. ?!? Sewage on the counter, full sink, and all over the floor. They refused to refund the room so they could book a room across the street. Absolute shit show. Remodeling was supposedly happing on the 3rd floor. All of our rooms would be covered in a thick layer of dust and debris. All of our personal items were covered as well as the beds, floor, desk and so on. The hallway on the second floor stank of someone's barf. Guests of this hotel appeared to be drug users and was not a safe environment for kids. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS!
