The location was quite good, close to two supermarkets and various fast food places. The Independent store has great cheap hot foods. Also a transit bus stop close-by behind the hotel to go downtown, as well as the Trans Canada walking trail beside the Yukon River that's very nice. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating towards my elderly mom who can't walk much, they even allowed us to switch rooms to have a better view for her. It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and has the essentials. The restaurant next door serves great food too. Would stay there again. The airport shuttle is shared among 3 hotels so watch for the stickers on the colourful bus.
