獨棟單純、離台東車站近、有自己的停車場，前台人員態度極好。

房價。 出國的人多了，什麼等級的房間大約怎樣的價格，多數人心裡有底，縱使台灣的旅遊住宿業有諸多的理由來解釋為什麼房價高，但必須認清的是…旅客並不需要跟你們共體時艱。這話很自私，但卻是現實，國旅的市場如何？飯店業很清楚，在台灣的旅遊花最多錢是哪一項？住宿業也最清楚，話至此，懂不懂，接不接受都無所謂。

-住宿離台東火車站近，大概走路6分鐘 -房間雖然不是極大，但是乾淨明亮又舒適 -有提供免費的洗衣機跟烘衣機、飲水機
