The staff was courteous and hardworking

The room (nothing special) was egregiously expensive and the temperature of the room was either freezing or warm making it impossible to sleep. I heard a man screaming at the top of his lungs in the room next door. Don’t use Booking.com. It makes it impossible to get refunds or make changes.
