"Excellent stay with clean rooms."

We had a very good stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was quiet, which is not always the case. The staff were very nice and efficient. Our one suggestion would be for there to be a fan in the bathroom.

Apparently there are 4 Hampton Inns in Youngstown, Ohio. We went to the one right off I-80. They did not have our reservation. The clerk there wasn't helpful at all, He said we probably wanted Hampton Inn North. I thought he would have access to the Hampton Inn reservation site to look us up, but he wasn't about to put in any extra time helping us. We finally found out our reservations were at Hampton Inn West, just a few miles away. Booking.com only gave us Hampton Inn I-80 West. Since we were traveling on I-80 West, we thought that might be our hotel. The clerk at our correct hotel was very considerate. (I had called that hotel to confirm reservation after the first clerk didn't seem to want to be bothered.) Make sure you have the correct address, not just booking.com info.

"Okay"

The Harley Shop and restaurant/bar behind the hotel was very loud. We were there for a ball tournament and had to be up early the next morning. When we went to the front desk, the women (very sweet) had no clue what a noise ordinance was and stated it was a concert and there was nothing she could do. The band played until midnight. The next night music was loud and bikes were during burn outs. I understand the area and the local business, but we paid good money for this hotel room. Also the bed was listed as a queen and my husband and I could not fit on the same bed comfortably and we are not big people.

Breakfast was underwhelming. No juice available and limited options. I stay at Hampton Inn because of their breakfast. This one left a lot to be desired

"Ewwww"

Stayed one night only, front desk staff was not the best , we found a dead fly on one of the pillows and mold on ceiling in bathroom Would not recommend nor would we stay here again was pricey for what it was.
