Beds were clean. Shower was hot.

Breakfast was warm and not hot, they ran out of coffee and waffle batter by 7:15 when breakfast goes til 9. No one was around to ask about refills

The lady at the front desk had her kid there. She checked us into a room that wasn’t clean. The outside door is broken so it’s completely unsafe. When she checked us in to another room it was just a regular room when we had book a suite. When we asked to speak to the manager. Her and her “husband” came. Which was weird. He started yelling at me and told me to get the “f-out” completely scary and Absolutely unprofessional and a terrible place to stay!!

Staff was very pleasant

Door didnt lock, restroom fan was squaking, microwave didnt work but they replaced it rather quickly

The room size

Dirt. Toilet was gross. Bath tub was gross. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Nothing looked clean

It was conveniently located.

No hot water for showers in the morning. Staff plead ignorance of an issue, though informal interviews of other guests said they also had no hot water or tepid at best in the morning. The GM was not on site - so we were not able to talk to anyone about a refund or reduced rate because of the water situation.

The staff was very nice but that’s about the only pleasant thing about this hotel

This hotel was completely dirty had very clear code violations exposed wires in the room no fire detector in the room even the pool had wiring issues the lights fell out of the sockets and were floating in the pool someone else’s hair and chunks of soap were in the bath still from their stay when we checked in and the carpet had clearly not been vaccumed
