Although there was coffee in the room most places provide coffee in the lobby. Morning staff seemed to be unfamiliar with area when directions were asked for especially nearby locations like stores coffee shops.

This hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to the New London waterfront, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are a good size but, as a single traveler, this wasn't terribly important to me. Room amenities, like bathroom, were a little dated. It's a good hotel and I have no complaints, but perhaps slightly overpriced.

Spacious lobby and lightning fast check in with friendly desk staff. Clean comfortable beds with loads of cushy pillows. Clean shower with plenty of hot water. Cute Coffee shops around the corner.
