Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, though eminently walkable. Wonderful service from Valeria.

Our stay was amazing. The host was incredible! She recommended great restaurants and set up a car service to pick us up from the airport. The location was amazing and the stay was comfortable and clean.

Compact arrangement and close to the main transport links. Extremely good value for money.

We did not feel comfortable in this room. The owners were right next door, which was not a problem, however, it just felt like they had put a lock on the door of the room and rented it out as is. The room was small and full of personal items of the owner. There was no empty space to put our bags and items. There was stuff everywhere and they had covered it up with clothes. There was even old dusty Christmas decorations in the bathroom and the walls were full of old personal items. It really felt like spending the night at a long list old aunt's place.

Valeria is extremely helpful.Came to meet us when we were lost on arrival and made herself available to assist throughout.Location for old town and beach is fantastic.

The ensuite room was very clean, spacious and central. The owner, Valeria is very friendly, accommodating and full of good recommendations. There is some tea and coffee in the room and even beach towels :-)

Great room, location and service.

Great location, walking distance to the beautiful beach and to the centre split touristic city and all facilities like bus and train stations. Mrs Valeria is a great host, she provided very good tips and tourist guide for my stay. I strongly recommend this property for stay in Split, Croatia

Perfect room, perfect location between the old city and the beach, very well welcome. The room is spacious and well furnished. We had a wonderful time in this place.
