Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Appleton Airport - Fox River Mall Area

Very clean hotel with many amenities. Staff were very polite and courteous, and breakfast was great! Very affordable, too!

It was dirty, we looked at 3 rooms and all were dirty, musty or showing signs of mold and/or major water stains

The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from. The location was close to the Mall and restaurants. The swimming pool was big and clean as well as the hot tub

The pillows are small and uncomfortable. The bathtub needs updated. We didnt know there was a big meeting next to our room Saturday morning.

Well, I received a text at 0700, the morning of my departure, requesting a review. The place is a little run down, but housekeeping seems to be keeping up where they can. The big reason I would search another hotel before I stay here again has to do w/ bedding. I have slept in more comfortable beds. The comforter is sandwiched between a folded sheet and folded coverlet, rather than a duvet. This grosses me out and I am constantly checking to make sure my sheets are folded, so I’m not snuggling the same comforter the previous guest snuggled. My room was mostly clean, a few animal hairs were noted throughout my room. The ceiling in the shower had some cracked/crumbling drywall from a previous (?) leak. The carpet is worn and needs replacing. The room lighting was minimal and a bulb was out, making it worse.

Property was overall clean and well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. Beds were very cozy and firm, much to mine and my daughter’s liking. Pool and hot tub were clean and the temperature was nice and comfortable.

Some staining on the carpeting and walls, old appliances and fixtures. Walls and door to room seemed thin. A little noisy in halls.
