Staff were miserable not very helpful at breakfast staff miserable the reception staff were not helpful if you asked about places to visit not much knowledge also asked for a late checkout if possible they said we had to ask on the day our flight wasn’t till 8.00 pm they said if available we round have to pay 100 euros to keep the room for a few extra hours but in the day said they were completely full they didn’t have a courtesy room where we could have a shower and get changed and considering it was 37 degrees outside you would have thought they’d have a facility fir customers with late flights to freshen up . They had a garden outside with drinks menus but said no waiter service you’d have to go up to the bar and get your own drinks but bar wasn’t even open very disappointing no lounge as such to sit in when waiting for a flight . At breakfast waiter dropped eggshells all over the floor and just left them there every time a waiter just walked passed and ignored the fact there was mess on the floor . Their internet kept cutting out so tv wasn’t working in bedrooms every time you tried to watch something it would cut out and say no service

Very central location, rooms are ok, good breakfast, parking is good.

The bathroom cieling was leaking, and all of our stuff that was around the vanity was completely soaked (shavers, toothbrush, toiletries bag, all) When we told the staff to let them know, it seemed as we were bugging them with this info. Got no apology, no nothing,

Great location & liked being able to park underneath. Bed very comfortable & great breakfast.

Our group booked seven rooms for one night. Everyone was pleased with their rooms and the kind staff at the hotel.

We had only one issue that I did not raise with the staff until checkout, so they did not have much opportunity to fix it. The person who organized all the bookings and payments (me) was delayed in checking in while others were comfortably situated. When I was given access to the room, after someone was working on the air conditioning, it never cooled the room. Due to scheduled appointments, the delay, and the need to give it a chance, I did not ask for another room but certainly should have. It was a short night there but very hot. I’m sure the hotel would have resolved it if I had given the staff an opportunity, but it was disappointing to be given a room that was obviously not okay and a little dirty.
