A particularly positive impression was the inclusion of people with disabilities among the staff, as well as the hotel's pet-friendly policy.

The city tax was not mentioned in the reservation confirmation, which I find disappointing and not ethical on the part of Booking.com and/or the hotel. I made a reservation on behalf of two additional families, which makes me responsible for the financial information communicated to them. I would appreciate it if any additional costs beyond the confirmed amount could be clearly specified in advance in the future. Thank you in advance!

Das Hotel bietet alle Services eines 4* Hauses und befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage unmittelbar an den Arkaden. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man von hieraus den Piazza Maggiore und andere wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zahllose Shoppingmöglichkeiten könnten den Weg allerdings auch verlängern.😁

Das Hotel liegt an der Kreuzung zweier zentraler Verkehrsadern von Bologna. Zurzeit befindet sich hier eine große Baustelle. Fenster öffnen bei Zimmern zu den Straßenseiten hin: Fehlanzeige. Die Klimaanlage leistet im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten hier Abhilfe. Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich. Aufpassen beim Kauf von Tickets für die Hopp on hopp off Busse. Die Tickets für 2 Tage gelten am Tag des Kaufes und für den Folgetag, nicht für 48 Stunden!

Bardzo miła Pani na recepcji (ta która pochodzi z Rzymu, pozdrawiam serdecznie). Lokalizacja super, pomiędzy głównymi atrakcjami, a dworcem kolejowym. Hotel z historią, elegancki, klimatyczny, fajna atmosfera. Możliwość pozostawienia bagaży. Polecam zdecydowanie. Jeśli będę w Bolonii, to będę znowu w tym hotelu.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Supergutes Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhiges Zimmer. Es gab einen Garten im Hof.

Das Einchecken war umständlich. Klimaanlage rauscht etwas zu laut. Zum Glück konnte ich sie abschalten.

In between train station and the historic centre - convenient for travel but not the most charming outside (a busy shopping street). But the hotel is good including the peaceful garden area. Comfortable stay and good breakfast

"Not the hotel I chose but still a great experience with top notch staff."

Ended up moved to a different hotel due to an issue; however, they were very upfront about the move and transferred me to a sister hotel along with my transportation. They also went out of their way to assist when we missed our train to the cruise port. Those answering the booking.com messages deserve a raise!
