Residence Inn by Marriott Amarillo

Staff was very nice. The lady doing breakfast was obviously hard working and very kind.

Hallways and room were dirty and dingy. Pool and hot tub were closed. Our view was the back of a bush and about 30 piles of poop right under the window. Tv didn't work right.

Due to health and orthopedic issues, I cannot sleep in a bed. A recliner would have been helpful.

The room was big and very nice. Complete with kitchen and utensils. Very affordable. Enjoyed staying here with my family (with kids and parents). Booked the suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The pool was closed. At breakfast they had limited options. They were out of milk and juice.

It had old carpet, smelly room, dirty bathrooms, dirty kitchen drawers.. no coffee mugs and cups, cold coffee

Property needs major updating and renovation. Gym room is old, dusty, needs maintance.

I like the housekeeping very good service.

Inside the room dirty, missed fork and dirty sone fork, cup, window dirty.

Very comfortable

This hotel was ok. The room itself seemed fine albeit dated, but the public areas were pretty banged up. I'm not sure I would stay there again.
