"close to robinson"

great staff , food in restaurant is nice. deluxe room linen was old , shower curtain stinks , I removed the shower curtain before I used the bathtub/shower....

"Hotel on a budget"

If your looking for cheap - low budget ,short stay this is for you. My room had no windows, the bed was made of foam. Tv was very old , small room. Overall you get what you pay for. If your looking used to a higher standard this hotel is not for you.

"Great location, hotel amenity"

the hotel was closed to the robinson mall when i wanted to do eating and shopping. and the room that i had been staying was cooler as much as i did need to power on a conditione. i guess bcoz the room floor was a ceramic floor tiles.

"BECAREFUL"

WHEN YOU CHECK IN YOUR ROOM, YOU MUST COUNT THE TOWEL, AND EVEN YOU CHECK OUT YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR THE ROOM SERVICE TO CHECK IT, OTHERWISE THE HOTEL WILL SAY THERE IS A TOWEL MISSING, YOU NEED TO COMPENATION . SO BECAREFUL.

"Nice Hotel. Staff need training from top down."

"Good place to stay for the money"

It was a good stay there. I was with my girlfriend and her son, there was plenty of room for the crib that room services got for us. The only short fall of this hotel was the internet, you are given 1/2 hour usage tickets and then you were logged off. Just a pain to go back and ask for another ticket and an other........
