It seemed that a lot of corners were cut for what I expected of the brand. Scratchy tissues and toilet paper, half pillows and things like that . Could use some updating.

It was a beautiful location right on the river, close to everything downtown. What a lovely beautiful day we had there.

Service was very slow for breakfast but the quality of food made up for it. Front desk staff and other staff were very personable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Bartender Troy was great. We had family and friends meet us for dinner at 3 rivers restaurant (party of 9) everyone liked their food! Hard to please everyone . ;)

The location was spectacular! We loved walking along the riverside and in the downtown area. I also truly appreciated that parking was not at an additional cost and that there were plenty of spaces in the lot. The common areas of the hotel were very clean. Lastly, the staff was all extremely accommodating, especially when we asked for late check out! I truly appreciate the staff for making all of that happen.

Much of the bedding and towels smelled like bleach. I noticed it when we first arrived, and when we got back home, all of my clothing smelled like bleach as well. Additionally, the pillows were very flat! I asked the front desk for additional pillows, which helped, but the quality was definitely noteworthy. Lastly, there was a lot of confusion around the continental breakfast. It was part of the reason we booked this hotel, and we were disappointed when there wasn't any.

Location

The pool and hot tub are poorly maintained and the PH is off by a lot. Burning and rash after being in it for 5 min on the whole party. Can hear everyone and we were next to a large group that gathered all hours and we were told our room rate didn’t allow us to switch rooms.
