​Room Size and Value: We specifically paid extra for a larger room, but received a tiny one instead. The bathroom was strictly micro-sized, to the point where you couldn't even open the door comfortably. This was highly unpleasant and did not match what we ordered. ​Staff Attitude and Service: This was the most disappointing part of our stay. There was a glaring disparity in how guests were treated—some received full attention, while others (like us) were ignored. The overall vibe from the staff felt patronizing and dismissive, giving us the distinct feeling that if you aren't considered a "special guest," you simply don't matter. ​Pool Area Logistics: There are no chairs available at the pool, and the staff does not allow guests to sit on the daybeds, making the pool area highly impractical to enjoy. ​In-Room Technology: The cable TV setup is very outdated. It offers only a few Spanish channels, one Hebrew channel, and absolutely no access to standard streaming apps like Netflix or YouTube. ​Dining Limitations: There is no food available after 6:00 PM except for meat options. There is no fish or alternative dishes, which is very limiting if you don't want a heavy meat meal in the evening. ​Conclusion: ​It is a real shame. The hotel has great physical potential due to its location and comfortable beds, but the condescending service, the tiny room that failed to match our booking, and the overpriced extras left a bitter taste. We will not be returning.

Considero debe mejorar la supervision en la limpieza de habitaciones. Mi reporte fue atendido con prontitud

TODO muy bien con el hotel, los cuartos bien, la gente amable, las albercas, todo todo me pareció muy bien.

Las ventanas no están hermetizadas!!! Escuchas toda la música y ruido de la bahía y de la calle, no dormirmos nada bien! esto si le quita muchísimos puntos, necesitan cambiar esas ventanas/puertas para el balcón, nunca me había tocado un hotel con tan poco hermetismo en sus ventanas!

Es un hotel que elndiabqnyo fui atraves de esta aplicación encontré una muy buena oferta ya que me costo menos del 50 porciento de su precio regular

Son muy insistentes Para venderte tiempos compartidos o membresía del lugar, pero muy insistentes, algo realmente incomodo.

Me agrado mucho la estancia, es muy amplio, limpio, agradable, en una magnífica área.
