ROUpon arrival, we discovered that the room assigned to us was located in the basement, a detail that was never disclosed in the Booking.com listing. The room was completely different from the one advertised in the photos and from the accommodation we specifically selected and booked. Had this information been clearly stated, we would never have made the reservation. The room provided was in unacceptable condition and did not meet the expectations set by the listing. It was significantly inferior to the accommodation presented and did not reflect what we had paid for. Manager not available for 2 days in a row.
