"It was a nightmare...."

There was not one thing that I liked.

The hotel is a dump. There was a canvas sign/tarp attempting to coverup the name of the previous hotel. Driving into the parking lot and finding weeds growing in it was the first disappointment. The grass had not been mown in quite sometime. In addition, there was weeds flourishing in the landscaping.

The hotel looked abandoned from outside. Two large dead trees, yard grass high (not mowed) and foot high weeds in landscaping. The front door was filthy. Assigned room on ground floor, walked in windows were open, air conditioning on high. It was freezing in room and hit with a stink. Masking odor. Assigned room on second floor, no elevator. Bed clean, tube clean below sink not clean and trash left from previous guests. Charged $498 for 2 nights is outrageous.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Bread for toast but no butter. Not many choices. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable!

Waffles were yummy. Liked having a refrigerator. Nice shower. The Duval was ideal for me. Staff was accommodating

Would have liked some fruit and eggs for breakfast. The lawn needs mowing but definitely weeding along pathways and parking lot.

Nothing.

The A/C did not work. And that was crucial for us because we were in a heat warning that day. Our room was super humid, the toilet was sweating all over the floor causing puddles of water. The outside was not maintained and over run with weeds about 4 feet high. We didn’t stay and ended up leaving.

Only one ice machine for 2 floors and it didn't work. All we were told was man didn't fix. Asked if they could fill bin with bags of ice, told no. We came for the car show and all weekend it was almost 100 degrees. The rates were doubled for the weekend. Breakfast was slim at best, Juice machine didn't work, waffles and cereal only. Property was safe, we were able to keep our enclosed trailer parked in the lot without any worries.
