Hôtel relativement bien tenu

De nombreux équipements sont obsolètes (et cela se vérifie d’année en année. Malheureusement il n’y a pas de remise en question.) Il est inadmissible que lors de la réservation, on ne nous informe pas du nom, fonctionnement du spa, alors que nous venions dans le passé justement pour cela! Cet hôtel a perdu beaucoup de son charme et il n’y a aucune ambiance c’est même triste. Quel dommage

L'emplacement est idéal pour se balader sur la corniche.

Le personnel est très appréciable mais l'hôtel est un peu vieillissant. Le prix n'est pas à la hauteur des installations.

Personnel super serviable. Intimité car peu de monde pour un grand hôtel. Proximité avec un grand centre commercial. Sur la corniche.

Des équipements annoncés n’étaient pas disponible et aucune information sur les deux soit en rénovation n’était indiqué. J’avais réservé pour avoir la salle de sport. J’avais envoyé un message afin d’avoir une chambre avec vue, on ne m’a jamais répondu et on ne m’a pas donné la chambre en question.

Not as it is advertised!! Booked as lido wellness spa, there is a building on site that was this offering but looks like it’s been closed at least 10 years. Staff advised that they can book elsewhere however reason for picking hotel was based on thus being available. Place could be fantastic but really run down, some bits looking deserted, more staff than guests. Staff uniforms unusual, variety of different colours and styles however most strange were the staff walking around in doctor white coats ! Gave out the “shining vibe” 🤦‍♀️🤣 Cleaners parked themselves and cleaning trolley outside room until we vacated, somewhat pressured to leave as they constantly spoke outside room making it known they wanted to come in.
