"Smoky awful experience"

Terrible! The non-smoking room smelled like smoke the entire stay--absolutely disgusting!! The rugs were worn and the bed, while ok, was saggy a bit. The bathtub was rusty at the drain. The promised breakfast was non-existent despite the advertisement to the contrary. No ice machine on 5th floor. The front desk check-in was fine and the only aspect of the stay that was ok. For the amount of money paid, this place is awful and did not live up to the IHG brand name. I will never ever stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning in my room worked well.

floor hallway not air conditioned, the bathroom sink stopper was broken, breakfast was pedestrian at best, the hot water was very slow to activate.
