"Great location for a hotel and used to be top tier but has gone downhill."

Staff was friendly.

Needs updating!! Dry heat. Uncontrolled temperature. Musty smelling. Keys didn’t work twice. Doesn’t seem secure. Took 15 mins for water to get hot for sink and shower.

I had to change rooms right away as the door was broken. Then when I came to breakfast they offered bagels and a toaster and the toaster was broken. In the room the tub was missing the drain plug and it looked nasty. I was double charged for me room and as of writing this review I have yet to get my money back 16 days later. This is the unprofessional hotel I have stayed at. The front desk was not trained right and not respectful at all. I will never stay here again.

Worse than ever. I come here annually to attend the opera. Stayed elsewhere previous 2 years but since it’s across the street from the venue, thought I’d give it another shot figuring it could only have improved. MISTAKE. Hair in shower. Sink doesn’t drain. No fan in bathroom. Had to go 2 floors down to find an ice machine that worked. No usb plugs. Shabby furniture. Never again.
