"Amazing Personality"

I originally came to enjoy myself, stumbled across an amazing guy, Stacy Sims, we talked and connected having no idea that he was a tennis professional. I ended up doing a lesson with him and the growth I have seen from the simple changes is amazing. His personality carried him a long way because I would have never gotten a lesson otherwise. The Resort was absolutely is amazing but the best part was getting a lesson from Coach Stacy. He had very clear coaching, great energy and very professional. He read my skill level and just worked with me like no Coach before. If you stay here, get a lesson from Coach Stacy.

Breakfast was included but charged me . Rooms were not ready . We checked in at 7:00 pm After 10 hours of drive we were tired just roaming in the resort . Reception was not delightful .

My son and I recently stayed with you all and you have a beautiful property. Shout out to Stacy in the tennis center for going above and beyond to work with my son who plays tennis. He called the local schools and ended up hitting with my son himself. The room was great and the property is amazing.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a nearby conference. I had high expectations from my previous stays at other JW Marriotts. The grounds were beautiful and the hotel lobby was nicely decorated. The hotel felt really big, and it became even more apparent when walking to my room. My original room was a good 10 minute walk from the main lobby. It was eerie how far away and secluded it felt from the main part of the hotel. I quickly found a few issues with the cleanliness of the room. Customer Service was very responsive and corrected the issue with a new room, which was also a much shorter walk. The rooms definitely had a lot of wear and tear, with some pieces of furniture looking like it needed to be replaced. Overall, the decor was really nice and would feel more elevated if it were in better condition. The bathrooms could definitely use some updating, which the glass doors on both the shower and toilet definitely awkward if you were sharing a room with other people. I didn’t get a chance to explore the grounds too much but loved what I did see - especially the Flamingos! I like the bones of the hotel a lot - this would be an amazing option with some updates to the rooms.
