Didn’t care for paying for parking for the 3 days. Added to the cost of the stay. The room and my conforrt of the bed was great.

Lose the paying for parking and it would’ve been the great. Most hotels parking is included. Even if it gives you u another place to park

When I was browsing for the hotel with breakfast included, this hotel came up as recommended as fit my budget, loyalty program and location needs. The booking.com invoice showed the breakfast was included for all the guests in the room. But the hotel only gave breakfast coupons for 2 guests per day of stay and the formal booking.com complaint was declined by the hotel management citing hotel policy which was not mentioned in the booking.com invoice. The hotel made me pay for the other guests. Totally disappointing and plain unethical. This wasn't the only issue, the bedding was very dirty, see the dirty duvet picture we took. I'm sharing it with the review. There was also issue with the weak stream for bathroom sink faucet and the toilet flush for the room we were in.

"My stay was nice and comfortable we slept like two babies. The staff was very nice and helpful."
