Schönes, altes Gebäude mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Personal das mit dieser Tradition auch sehr verbunden ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer riesig, die Betten bequem. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm warm und der Saunabereich gemütlich. Das Frühstück hat nichts vermissen lassen.

Leider ist am Sonntag das Restaurant geschlossen, haben allerdings eine super Empfehlung bekommen. Sterne Restaurant im Augenblick nicht geöffnet.

Booked the hotel for its indoor pool and quality restaurant. The breakfast was good each morning. The outsourced masseur was excellent.

The service generally was poor. Not attentive and dismissive. Made us feel unwelcome. No indoor seated zone to sit and relax and have a drink. Pool and spa zone was excessively hot which was uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Room was extremely small with insufficient cupboard or seating space and the bathroom and shower were too small to move around, hang towels etc, tired old furniture.
