Palm Suites

Well equipped clean room. Balcony..

Room 147 had roaches and once we got our second room another roach was seen on the wall. The staff said they would take off the cost for night . That did not happen. Was charged for both nights. One night was deducted 10% which was not the verbal agreement.

The property is very close to the beach and offers and nice outdoor pool

The rooms are VERY outdated! The staff was nice and the entryway was nice but the beds are not comfortable.

The location to the beach, Restaurants, etc was great. The pool was clean. The staff was very professional and kind.

I wish I had picked a better view from the room. Not first floor but maybe the 2nd or third.

The parking and no breakfast, housekeeping not being polite or front desk management

We loved everything about Palm Suites! I have never been to a hotel that was so clean, there was not dust no finger prints no dirty little corners where staff may have missed. The bed was very comfortable and the location was very nice for our needs.

Our close it was to everything

The customer service was poor. Gave me a key to someone else’s rooms and gave an attitude when I had to come back for another key.

I feel I love with it, very clean and everyone was super nice. Will definitely be back!
