"Mildew, mold must"

Location

We arrived late around 10:30. We were very exhausted from driving from Pittsburgh and exploring Chicago the rest of the day. The room smelled horrible like must and mildew but we hoped turning the AC on might clear it up. We passed out and woke up with headaches and stuffy noses. It was still very strong maybe even worse than the night before. The staff didn't care one but I told several employees including what I'm sure was the in shift manager. They said sorry and moved on with their day. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. We looked around the next day and found several alarming things that we think probably caused the nasty smell.
