"Great beds !!!!"

The beds and pillows linen towels and room was great , the shower was great perfect for good nights rest to cope with jet lag - we did try the cafe for breakfast food was good the only downside was literally one of the lifts playing up from time to time. Staff lovely and helpful , ideally located for 10min walk down to pike market

No coffee or tea making facilities. A Nespresso machine or other coffee, or tea, making facility should be a minimum at this level (and expense) of hotel.

The beds was one of the most xomfort beds i have slept in. Super clean. And staff was so friendly and helpful. Was close to everything we wanted to do by walking.

"Classy choice."

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have always found it to a classy place. Just a block from the Paramount Theatre, it is a handy location on theatre night. As an aside, the restaurant is interesting - Korean at night; American breakfast in the morning.
