Nada, fue una pésima experiencia.

Nunca, en ningún hotel en toda mi vida me había pasado esto que contaré: Llegamos al hotel, hicimos check in, nos asignaron una habitación y yo saqué mis cosas de la maleta, documentos, computadora, todo al entrar al cuarto. Lo normal una vez que ingresas a tu habitación. Nos fuimos a comer ese día que ingresamos y al regreso, por la noche, no nos abrían las puertas del cuarto. Después de intentarlo un par de veces salió una persona y nos dijo que ese era su cuarto, que nos habían cambiado a nosotros de habitación y que habían sacado nuestras cosas. Fuimos a recepción y nos dijeron que en efecto, nuestras cosas estaban en un cuarto de recepción y que nos habían sacado del cuarto porque la persona que nos hizo el check in se equivocó al darnos la habitación. Al parecer, nos tocaba otra. No entiendo cómo se atrevieron a tomar nuestras cosas, sin autorización, sin mandarnos al menos un correo, una llamada, un mensaje, nada. Simplemente sacarnos de la habitación. Ellos nos ofrecieron otra habitación, pero evidentemente estaba muy molesta y preferí irme de ahí. La persona que nos atendió en recepción por la noche nos decía que nosotros lo estresábamos a él y que no fue su culpa. Que otra persona lo hizo, pero que él no tenía nada que ver. Se portó muy grosero y cada que nos entregaba un documento lo aventaba en la mesa. Yo grabé toda la conversación en caso de que no me hagan el reembolso para que haya evidencia de lo sucedido. Todavía me aparece "en proceso" en la tarjeta, pero espero que sí me hagan el reembolso por esta pésima experiencia. ¡JAMÁS REGRESARÍA!
