"Beihai China"

Had a 3 night booking, but only stayed 2 nights. Hotel staff and restaurants were GREAT. Angry with lack of contact when I tried to cancel 1 night. 5 days later, and I still have not seen a refund.

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. The pool area was especially relaxing. The food was plentiful and tasty. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean.

"Very nice Hotel with bad management"

Beautiful Hotel, close to the city center, large and very clean rooms,great service, reasonably priced, wonderful food. Only bad experience we had with the inflexible management. We arrived 1 day later, but we called the Hotel 2 weeks prior to let them know about our late arrival. We also wanted to stay 1 day more. We did not receive any refund for the lost night and for the extra night we did not receive any discount. We were charged full price. I thought we would have deserved a better rate since the Hotel made free money with the lost night. Being a 5 star Hotel this is pretty cheap and not business friendly management.
