Generally clean but several things were worn or broken. Curtain had a big rip in it and outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. There was also chipped paint on the bathroom door jamb. Proprietors we’re kind and helpful but the place was a bit run down.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated with relaxing colours. It appears that updates to the bathroom were recently done. The Wi-Fi was a fast connect and quite reliable. Also, the front desk attendant was friendly and accommodating (as per my request for more pillows). There were some negatives though - the shower head in the bathroom needs replacing, and the padded chair was quite shabby with cigarette burns and tears. The "breakfast" was quite poor. There was no hot food selection.

The staff were courteous and accommodating, had cookies for guests, a nice touch. Housekeeping was quick to provide extra toiletries and the room was clean. It is an older motel, there are signs of wear and tear. Downtown location, lots of free parking.
